Return Policy

New Millenium LLC will respond, in most cases, within 24 hours, to all RGA requests. Return transportation must be prepaid with freight carrier designated unless alternative shipping is authorized in advance as part of the RGA issued by New Millenium. Any shipment sent collect will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense. Freight will be credited on defective merchandise or on orders caused by or resulting from shipping errors on our part. Credits will be issued at your cost when accompanied by an invoice or P.O.#, otherwise the prevailing price will represent the credited amount due. Material (excluding defective items) must be received by New Millenium LLC in first class condition in the original packaging. Material not received in original packaging will be subject to a 5% repacking fee. New Millenium LLC will not accept returns on merchandise over one year from date of initial sale. Any RGA may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All RGA’s expire 30 days after date of issue. Credits must be taken within 1 year of receipt
